Instructors (currently no openings): PCCAPS is an exciting opportunity for professionals from the field and/or licensed teachers to participate in an innovative learning program. If you have an interest in guiding high school juniors and seniors students through authentic real-world projects, and learning about various industries and companies yourself, this could be your dream job.

We anticipate teaching positions will initially be part time so if you love your job as a programming teacher you can keep teaching part time at your school and facilitate PCCAPS students in authentic software development projects half time. Are you an engineer? We are looking for an engineering instructor as well. Retired and looking for something interesting to do? PCCAPS could be the perfect

You will be teaching a small group of students in partnership with business.

PCCAPS instructors will provide academic support in the following ways:

  • Setting and communicating office hours to students at the beginning of the semester
  • Continually monitoring the academic difficulty level, and adjusting availability accordingly.
  • Provide as much information online as possible to be accessible at any time.
  • Communicate with the business mentor as needed to assure smooth progress.
